The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's tennis team competed at NCAA Division I Northern Illinois on Sunday evening.

The Huskies took the doubles point, taking flights No. 2 and No. 3. Theo Billson (Lindfield, England/BHASVIC) and Reuben Giorgio (Perth, Western Australia/Applecross) were tied at five-sets a-piece at No. 1 singles before the match was abandoned due to the doubles point.

At the singles flights, Andrew Dumbauld (Maple Grove, Minn./Maple Grove) took the first set 6-4 at the No 4. flight. Suo Nan from NIU took the second set, forcing a third, decisive set. NIU took a close 6-3, winning the final three games of the match.

UWW men's tennis will head to Naperville for their next match. The Warhawks take on North Central College at 6:30 PM on Friday, February 28th.
