The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's soccer went head to head with with the 19th-ranked team in the country on a chilly Tuesday Night.
First Half
The Warhawks had a tall order ahead of them, facing a Loras team that hadn't allowed a single goal in their first nine games of the season.
Loras got on the board first, scoring in the 20th minute with a free kick set-piece ending in a header to the left side post.
The Duhawks extended their lead in the 38th-minute, with a bobbled shot taking an unlucky bounce for the Warhawks.
The Warhawks looked to make way, turning up the intensity on offense, but the stifling Loras defense stayed solid, shutting out the Warhawks in the first 45 minutes.
Second Half
After the break, it didn't take long for the Duhawks to extend their two goal lead, scoring a third goal in the 32nd minute.
The Warhawks were unable to get anything going on offense, not recording their first shot of the second half until 78th minute as Brooklyn Carlson's header missed just left of the net.
The 19th-ranked Duhawks added one more goal in the 85th-minute, going up four with just five minutes remaining.
