With two minutes left in the half, a pass from
Nina Malak (Middleton, Wis./Middleton) bounced off a Norse defender,
Maya Rebic (Elmhurst, Ill./York Community) placed her shot into the left corner of the net, scoring what would end up being the game-winning goal.Â
The second half was a sound defensive game from the Warhawks, not giving Luther a good look on the net. Luther recorded five shots in the second half, but none made it on goal.Â
Dobrinska finished out the shut-out, playing the full 90 minutes with five saves.
