The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's tennis team swept UW-River Falls 9-0 Sunday morning to move to 2-0 against Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference squads this season.
Kellie Ha (Palatine, Ill./Fremd) and
Molly Asfeld (Waukesha, Wis./West) teamed up for the first win of the match taking down Sarah Baker and Alicia Langbehn at No. 2 doubles 8-0. Just minutes later the No. 1 and No. 3 doubles matches went final with the Warhawk duos of
Gracie Ha (Palatine, Ill./Fremd) and
Cassie Lee (Downers Grove, Ill./Timothy Christian) and
Alex Repplier (Champlin,MN/Champlin Park) and Mackenzie Lindow picking up wins respectively.
Ferguson tallied the quickest result in singles play needing less than 30 minutes to capture a 6-0, 6-0 win in the No.. 6 flight.
Ashley Adkisson (Licolnshire, IL/Stevensen) (No. 5), Lindow (No. 3) and Lee (No. 1) all registered singles sweeps.

UWW will head north for a pair of WIAC duals this weekend -- Friday's match is scheduled for 3:30 at La Crosse with Saturday's match set to start at 1 pm at UW-Eau Claire.
