WHITEWATER, WI — The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's tennis team fell against UW-La Crosse in their final match of the fall season. 

The doubles matches were all decided within two sets. Abigail Weaver (Wakarusa, Ind./Mishawaka Marian) & Ava Andrae (Cedarburg, Wis./Cedarburg) took the top doubles flight in the tiebreaker, defeating the top pair for the Eagles 7-6(4). UW-La Crosse was able to grab the doubles points with wins at the second and third flights, both finishing with 5-7 scores.

In the singles flights, UW-La Crosse took the match with five wins in the singles flights. 

Abigail Weaver (Wakarusa, Ind./Mishawaka Marian) grabbed the lone singles flight for the Warhawks, taking the first singles flight in straight sets at 6-2, 6-4. 

The Warhawks will return to the court for their spring portion of the season on February 20th, taking on Washington University in St. Louis.
