The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's tennis team extended its win streak over Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference opponents to 99 dual matches Friday night with an 8-1 triumph at UW-Eau Claire (1-2 overall, 1-1 WIAC) at John and Fay Menard YMCA Tennis Center in Eau Claire.

Kraft started singles play on a high note for UW-Whitewater with a 6-2, 6-1 triumph at the No. 2 slot. Sophomore
Elsie Ha (Palatine, Ill./Fremd) clinched the match with a 6-0, 6-1 win at the No. 6 position.
Palavra was next to secure a victory, earning hers by a 6-1, 6-3 count at the third spot. Sophomore
Jessica Minkov (Schiller Park, Ill./East Leyden) registered a 6-2, 6-1 triumph at No. 4, and senior
Madeline Slicker (Mequon, Wis./Homestead) recorded a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 5.
The Warhawks visit UW-La Crosse Saturday at 10 a.m. to complete the weekend road trip.
