The No. 5 ranked University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's track and field team posted several impressive results Saturday on its way to a runner-up finish at the Augustana Meet of Champions in Rock Island, Ill.

The Warhawks totaled 107 points to finish second behind Augustana, which won the meet with a team score of 126.

Senior DuVaun Goodlow (Plainfield, Ill./Central) and sophomore Christian Jackson (Milwaukee, Wis./Wauwatosa West) each won events to lead UW-Whitewater. Goodlow took the high jump with a mark of 6-08.75 (2.05 meters) in a jump-off for first place, good for a top 15 height in NCAA Division III. Jackson posted a 14.39 to claim the 110-meter hurdles, and his 14.27 in the prelims is a school record and currently ranks second in the nation. Jackson broke the record previously held by Mike Judd, who recorded a 14.36 in 2016.

Sophomore Alex Duff (Oregon, Wis./Oregon) also registered a national top-five time in the 110-meter hurdles with his 14.42 in the preliminaries of the race. He added a 22-10.50 (6.97 meters) in the long jump, good for second place and a spot among the top 25 in the country.

Harms placed second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a result of 9:33.34. Jasinski tied for second in the pole vault with a 16-04.75 (5.00 meters), good for fifth in the nation, and Kuehl rank a 1:53.31 in the 800-meter run, missing his season-best time by just over one second.
