The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater volleyball team hosted UW-Oshkosh for a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship (Presented by Culver's) semifinal at Kris Russell Arena Thursday night.

The No. 18 Warhawks (24-6) took down UW-Oshkosh (17-15) for the second time this season by a 26-24, 25-22, 24-26, 25-22 score.
With the win, UW-Whitewater (24-6 overall) travels to 15th-ranked UW-Eau Claire at 6 p.m. Saturday. The Warhawks will be making their their sixth straight appearance in the WIAC Tournament final.Â

The Warhawks jumped out to a 10-4 lead on the Titans in the first set.  The Titans battled back and the teams exchanged leads until the Warhawks inched ahead to claim the 26-24 set.Â

The Titans put the Warhawks in an early second set hole at 5-0, but the Warhawks replied with a 4-0 run of their own. Another 4-0 run pushed the Warhawks ahead 11-9. The Warhawks kept their slim lead late into the set to claim the set 25-22. The third set found the Warhawks down in a 11-5 hole to the Titans, but they clawed back into the set and tied it at 18 apiece, but fell short in the 26-24 set.

An early 6-2 run dug the Warhawks out of yet another hole to start the fourth, closing the Titan lead to 10-8Â The Warhawks eventually tied the set at 15, and overtook UW-Oshkosh 25-21 on the back of a 7-2 run.Â

Senior middle hitter
Kelley Berk (Cedarburg, Wis./Divine Savior Holy Angels) led all Warhawks in kills with 15 at a hitting percentage at .364, and tied for the second-most blocks with four. Freshman outside hitter
Erin McNeil (Crystal Lake, Ill./Prairie Ridge) had 13 kills and four blocks, while junior outside hitter
Rachel Butterfield (Milton, Wis./Milton) posted 10 kills.Â

Junior middle hitter
Ashton Doll (Lancaster, Wis./Lancaster) led all Warhawks with five blocks on the night, while freshman outside hitter
Emma Aske (Aurora, Ill./Metea Valley) had three blocks of her own to go along with nine kills and 10 digs.

Freshmen setter
KellyAnn Sotiros (New Berlin, Wis./West Allis Hale) posted 28 assists for the night and added 14 digs for a double-double, while fellow freshmen setter
Paige Manssen (Bull Valley, Ill./McHenry West) added a double-double of her own with 23 assists and 17 digs. Senior libero
Brittany Robinson (Menomonee Falls, Wis./Menomonee Falls) totaled a team-best 28 digs for the match.Â

The Warhawks lost their regular season matchup to the Blugolds 25-20, 15-25, 17-25, 20-25 in Eau Claire.
