The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater women's tennis team won its 84th consecutive dual match against a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference opponent Wednesday, downing host UW-Stevens Point 9-0 at University Courts in Stevens Point.
The Warhawks (5-0 overall, 3-0 WIAC) lost only one game at the three doubles slots combined and didn't drop a set in singles play to shut out the Pointers (4-3, 0-2).

Jillian Wallace (Crystal Lake, IL/Central), who clinched All-American status over the weekend by winning the ITA Midwest Regional doubles title, posted an 8-1 triumph at No. 1 doubles. Junior

Martin completed a 6-4, 6-2 triumph at No. 1, and Palavra registered a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 3.
UW-Whitewater hosts a pair of dual matches next week Tuesday, taking on WIAC foe UW-Oshkosh at 3:30 p.m. and Illinois Tech at 6:30 p.m. at Wangerin Courts.
