Related Links:Results The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's and women's track and field teams participated Friday night at the "Squig" Invitational in the Kachel Fieldhouse.
The Warhawk men placed second out of ten teams with a team score of 96.50. Augustana College (Ill.) won the invite with a team score of 108.50.
UW-Whitewater was led by sophomore
Parker Witt (Appleton, Wis./North) who won two events in the meet. Witt won the 60m dash with a time of 6.91, and the 200m dash with a time of 22.18. Sophomore
Robert Starnes (Green Bay, Wis./Preble) won the high jump, clearing six feet nine inches (2.06m). Starnes also took second place in the long jump with a 22-08 (6.91m).

Theron Baumann (Monona Grove, Wis./Monona Grove) placed first in the shot put with a mark of 54-07.25 (16.64m), and junior
Levi Perry (East Moline, Ill./United Township) won the weight throw with a throw of 53-11.25 (16.44m).

Brett Harms (Whitewater, Wis./Whitewater) placed fourth in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:42.58, and sophomore
Jonah Nelson (Dodgeville, Wis./Dodgeville/Mineral Point) took fifth in the 1-mile run in 4:20.70.
