Related Links:Box Score The No. 25 University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's tennis team won its third consecutive match Saturday with a 9-0 victory over Carroll in a non-conference affair at Premier Tennis and Fitness in Janesville, Wis.
The Warhawks (3-3 overall) took all three doubles matches and didn't drop a game in two of the six singles matches against the Pioneers (1-3).

Cam Laktash (Crystal Lake, IL/South) and freshman
Zane Navratil (Racine, Wis./The Prairie School) teamed up at No. 2 doubles, and sophomores
Martin Beck (Minneapolis/South) and
Scott Butler (Eagan, MN/Eagan) combined at the third slot. Both pairs posted 8-2 wins to push UW-Whitewater to a 2-0 start. Senior
Ben Shklyar (Deerfield, IL/Deerfield) and junior
Michael Treis (Brookfield, Wis./Brookfield Central) finished the team's doubles sweep with an 8-6 triumph at the top position.
Treis highlighted singles play with a 6-2, 6-1 win at No. 1 over Carroll's Jack Michael, ranked seventh in the Central Region and 34th in the nation by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.
Shklyar and Laktash continued their momentum into singles, posting identical 6-0, 6-0 victories at the Nos. 4 and 5 positions, respectively. Freshman
Matt Zurowski (West Bend, Wis./East) nearly pitched a shutout at No. 6 in a 6-0, 6-1 triumph.
Navratil earned a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 2, and sophomore
Rithwik Rajshekhar Raman (Chennai, Tamil Nadu-India/SAIDS British Education) rounded out UW-Whitewater competitors with a 6-2, 6-0 victory at the third spot.
The Warhawks, who are ranked seventh in the Central Region, visit DePauw (Ind.) Sunday at 5 p.m. The Tigers are slotted sixth in the region and No. 24 in NCAA Division III.
