The Warhawk women's tennis team remained unbeaten in dual matches this season with an 8-1 win over UW-Eau Claire on the road Friday afternoon.

Alexandra Bayliss (Sheboygan/North) and Megan Humphreys (Kenosha/Tremper) swept their opponents in number one and three singles respectively winning both matches in straight sets 6-0, 6-0. Amy Upthagrove (Muskego/Muskego) lost just one game in her 6-0, 6-1 win at number five singles.

The Warhawk women have a combined singles (all matches in all flights in singles competition) record of 29-1 so far this season. On the doubles side, UW-W sports a 17-1.

Whitewater continues Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play Saturday, September 14 in La Crosse at 9:30.
