Teams compete in the ITA championship by invitation only. UW-W, on the strength of a sixth consecutive Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title in the fall and national ranking throughout the 2012-2013 school year, earned the berth in the field of eight teams.
UW-Whitewater is 10-3 in dual meets. All three of the losses on the schedule came in this tournament, including a loss to the third ranked team, the University of Chicago.
UW-W will host Augustana College at 10:00 and UW-Milwaukee at 4:00 Saturday March 9 at
the Four Lakes Athletic Club in Elkhorn, Wisconsin.
