The UW-Whitewater men's tennis team, ranked ninth in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III Central Region, fell to seventeenth-ranked Coe College 5-4 in a six hour marathon Sunday afternoon in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Balkin and Osborne have teamed up for a 19-7 mark at one doubles, with Bayliss and McGlashen close at 18-5. Whitewater's two winners in singles play, McGlashen and Osborne, improved to 20-6 and 23-5, respectively.
UW-Whitewater is 20-7 in dual meets.
The Warhawks are awaiting word on a bid to the NCAA III championship tournament. UW-W has earned a national tourney bid five years in a row, including advancing to the third round in last year's competition.
