The UW-Whitewater men's tennis team is ranked 11 in the April 29 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division III central region. They were previously ranked the same in April 13 rankings.

The Warhawks have won five of their last six since the previous rankings by defeating UW-Oshkosh 8-1 in the first round of the WIAC Final Four on April 16, UW-La Crosse 8-1 on April 17 in the WIAC Final Four Quarterfinals, Carroll University 9-0 on and Elmhurst College 9-0 on April 20 and Illinois Wesleyan University 8-1 on April 29. Their only loss came in the WIAC Championship match against UW-Eau Claire 2-7. Eau Claire is currently ranked tenth in the same region.

Along with the team, the 'Hawks have individuals ranked as well. Danny Glinert (Madison/Edgewood) is ranked 24 for singles in the central region. He is 11-17 in conference play this season and 14-18 overall. Kelvin Caiati (Greendale/Greendale) and Gilnert are ranked seventh in doubles. As partners they are 23-6 in conference play and 26-7 overall this season.

UW-Whitewater will compete next in the regional round of the NCAA tournament May 14-16. The site of the match is yet to be determined, please check back later for further details.
