The 2010 football captains are wide reciever, Aaron Rusch (Hartford/Hartford) from Hartford, Wisconsin; offensive lineman Mark Gawronski (New Berlin/Eisenhower) from New Berlin, Wisconsin; linebacker Lane Olson (Racine/Horlick) from Racine, Wisconsin; and defensive lineman Jon Baldwin (Spring Grove, IL/Richmond Burton) from Spring Grove, Illinois. 

UW-Whitewater won five consecutive Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships, and has advanced to the NCAA Division III title game, the Stagg Bowl, five years in a row. UW-Whitewater won national titles in 2007 and 2009.
