Beginning with the 2025 season, the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater will begin selling alcohol at Warhawk Football games in a designated area - CHAMPIONS CLUB - inside Perkins Stadium. The CHAMPIONS CLUB is located beyond the north endzone, near the scoreboard (see map below). Chartwells is UW-Whitewater's exclusive food service provider in coordination C.J.W. Inc.

UW-Whitewater Athletics would like to extend a special thank you to Greater Whitewater Committee for the donation of the tent!
A portion of the proceeds from concessions and alcohol sales go directly to UW-Whitewater Athletics.
 


ALCOHOL SALES AND REGULATIONS: CHAMPIONS CLUB - The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater is committed to creating a positive experience for all fans and will serve alcohol in a safe and responsible manner. As part of that commitment, all applicable state laws will be followed and the following regulatory features will be implemented:

  • Hours of Operation:
    • Opens when Perkins Stadium gates open (one hour before kickoff). Alcohol sales end at the start of the 4th quarter. 
    • Fans may remain in the area through the end of the game.
  • Age Requirement: Patrons must be 21 years of age or older to enter the CHAMPIONS CLUB.
  • ID & Wristbands: 
    • All IDs will be checked at the entrance of the CHAMPIONS CLUB.
    • Verified patrons will receive a wristband.
    • Wristbands are valid for that game only and cannot be transferred to another person
    • Torn or broken wristbands will not be accepted.
  • Alcohol Policies:
    • Alcohol must be consumed with the CHAMPIONS CLUB and cannot leave the designated area.
    • A limit of two drinks per person will be allowed in each transaction.
  • Re-Entry Policy:
    • Re-entry to both the CHAMPIONS CLUB and Perkins Stadium is permitted.
  • Conduct & Enforcement:
    • Service may be refused to any patron.
    • UW-Whitewater Police will monitor the CHAMPIONS CLUB and may remove any patron violating policies
  • Tobacco-Free Policy: Perkins Stadium and the CHAMPIONS CLUB are smoke-free and vape-free facilities.
  • Additional guidelines and restrictions may be put into place within the venue at the discretion of UW-Whitewater Police and Warhawk Athletics

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the CHAMPIONS CLUB?
The CHAMPIONS CLUB is a designated, gated area beyond the north endzone of Perkins Stadium where fans (21+) can purchase beer or seltzers.

If I leave the CHAMPIONS CLUB area, can I return later on? What if I leave Perkins Stadium, can I re-enter?
Yes. If you leave the CHAMPIONS CLUB, you may return at any time. If you leave Perkins Stadium, you may also re-enter The Perk and the CHAMPIONS CLUB with your wristband or valid ID.

Is there a limit on how many drinks I can purchase at CHAMPIONS CLUB?
Yes. Fans are limited to purchasing two drinks per transaction.

Can I take my drink back to my seat?
No. All alcohol must remain inside the CHAMPIONS CLUB area. Drinks are not permitted outside of the designated space.

Can my friends, children, or other fans under the age of 21 join me in CHAMPIONS CLUB?
No. The CHAMPIONS CLUB is a 21+ only area.
