UW-Whitewater senior Dustin Mitchell (Lac Du Flambeau/Lakeland) participated in the first-ever National Association of Basketball Coaches Division III All-Star Game on March 20 at the Salem Civic Center in Salem, VA.

The NABC East All-Stars defeated the West 109-107.  Mitchell was a starter for the NABC West All-Stars.  He was the second leading scorer on the team and third highest in the game with 16 points.  The leading scorer for the West was Clay Henson of Guilford with 33 points.

Mitchell was 7 of 16 shooting and also contributed with 13 total rebounds (eight on defense and 5 on offense) in his 25 minutes of play.
