The UW-Whitewater women's tennis team swept UW-River Falls 9-0 in their first match of two Saturday, September 19.

The win is the fifth straight of the season for the Warhawks and the third sweep of an opponent. UW-W is now 5-0 on the season and 5-0 against division III opponents. River Falls drops to 2-1.
In singles, Schaefer and Siemon move to 4-0 on the season. Rutkowski also remains undefeated at 3-0. Stensvaag and Smith up their marks to 6-2.
In doubles, the team of Stensvaag and Smith are undefeated at 4-0. Schaefer and Daciolas paired up for the eighth time for their sixth win and the new pair of Siemon and Kappel get their first victory of the season.
UW-W travels to Concordia University (WI) for their second match of the day scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m.
