Camardo posted three wins last week and pitched three complete games to help the Warhawks finish with a 5-1 record last week, including two victories on Sunday against UW-Oshkosh, which is ranked fifth in the NCAA Great Lakes Region. In the first game Sunday, she tossed a complete-game, two-hit, 1-0 shutout, allowing only one walk while striking out nine. Camardo entered the nightcap with the bases loaded, inducing a lineout to end the inning before tossing a 1-2-3 seventh to help UW-Whitewater to a 5-4 triumph. On Tuesday, she pitched a complete-game, 1-0 shutout at UW-Platteville, striking out nine in the performance. On Friday in the team's opener against UW-River Falls, Camardo struck out a season-high 12 batters in seven innings of work.
