Wichman won a 7-2 decision against Patrick Spray of Division I University of Wisconsin on Saturday at Kachel Gymnasium. He improved to 7-2 on the year with the victory over Spray, who picked up a win on Thursday against Maryland as the Badgers' starter during that dual. After a scoreless first period, Wichman posted a takedown in the second to open scoring, and added two more takedowns and a riding time point in the third for the final margin.
