Bailey Racky

Bailey Racky enters her first year as an assistant coach for the UW-Whitewater volleyball team in 2018-19.
 
As graduate assistant, Racky will play a role in the development and implementation of practice plans and drills, analysis of film and statistics and evaluation of player progress. She will also serve as tournament director for the program’s youth tournaments throughout the year.
 
Racky most recently served as head varsity coach of the Catholic Central High School girls’ volleyball team in Burlington from 2016-18. She led the Hilltoppers to a Metro Classic conference championship in 2017. Racky was also the assistant athletic director and a fitness and wellness teacher at Catholic Central from 2014-18.
 
Racky’s other high school coaching experiences include serving as a varsity assistant at Wilmot Union from 2012-14 and as a varsity assistant at Winona (Minn.) High School in 2011.
 
Racky also coached at the club level as a coach for Wisconsin Juniors Volleyball (2015), the head national team coach for Club Fusion Volleyball (2012-14) and head regional team coach for Winona JO Volleyball (2011).
 
Racky graduated with a bachelor’s in education and a minor in coaching from Winona State in 2012. She earned her master’s in education from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, in player development and coaching in 2018 and is currently pursuing a master’s in professional development (athletic administration emphasis) at UW-Whitewater.
 
Racky, the sister of former Warhawk All-American Sydney Racky (2015-17), resides in Whitewater.
