Ariel Feiertag

Ariel Feiertag enters her first season as an assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater volleyball team in 2018. She will work primarily with the team's hitters.

Feiertag was a two-time American Volleyball Coaches Association honorable mention All-America as a middle hitter for the Warhawks from 2011-14. A member of two Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship teams and four NCAA Tournament qualifiers, Feiertag garnered first team AVCA All-Midwest Region accolades twice and was selected first team All-WIAC as a senior in 2014.
 
After graduating with a bachelor’s in physical education and a minor in coaching in 2015, Feiertag rejoined the team as a student assistant coach for the 2016 season and earned her master’s in education with a coaching emphasis in 2017.
 
Feiertag has had numerous experiences working with area clubs and high school teams, including one season as head junior varsity coach and two years as a varsity assistant coach at Whitewater High School. She is originally from Brown Deer.
 
Feiertag will also serve as an instructor for the university’s Department of Health, Human Performance, Recreation and Coaching.
