Connor Brehm

Connor Brehm enters his second season as an assistant coach for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's soccer team in 2016.

A six-year coaching veteran, Brehm competed collegiately at NAIA institution Baker (Kan.) University for one season before transferring to Bellarmine (Ky.) University, a member of NCAA Division II.

Baker competed in 51 matches, including 31 starts, over a three-year career as a forward at Bellarmine, totaling 12 goals for his career. He led the Knights with seven goals in 2011 and was named Academic All-Great Lakes Valley Conference in 2012. Bellarmine posted a winning record in each of Brehm's three seasons in the program (2011, 2012, 2013).

Following graduation, Brehm continued his soccer career at the professional level, competing for the Carrick Rangers and PSNI F.C. of the Northern Ireland Football League Championship 1.

Brehm signed with the Milwaukee Wave in December 2014 and remains a member of the Major Arena Soccer League franchise. He competes for the Croatian Eagles Majors when the Wave's season is not in session.

Brehm also currently serves as head coach of the Croatian Eagles' U13 boys and U13 girls teams, a position he has held since 2014.

A Racine native, Brehm graduated with a bachelor's in exercise science from Bellarmine in 2014. He is currently enrolled in UW-Whitewater's Higher Education Leadership graduate program with an emphasis on Athletics Administration.
