Tim Baldry enters his 10th season on the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater football staff in 2018. He begins his seventh season as director of football operations and equipment manager after serving as video coordinator and assistant offensive line coach from January 2008-August 2012.

Since joining the staff, Baldry has had a hand in nearly all operations of the Warhawks' football program, including video editing, film breakdown and exchange, practice setup, coaching, recruiting, coordination of travel and other duties as assigned.

After graduating from UW-Whitewater in August 2010 with a bachelor's in education (broad field social studies), Baldry was a substitute teacher in the Fort Atkinson School District for over a year while assisting the Warhawks.

Baldry is currently a member of the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association, National Education Association and National Council for Social Studies.

A Janesville, Wis., native, Baldry spent four and a half years in the Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower following his high school graduation.

Baldry and his wife, Arian, reside in Fort Atkinson with their son, TJ (13 years old), and daughters Mackenzie (10) and Breanna (4).
