Warhawk Volleyball Through the Years

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawk volleyball program has seen great success throughout program history. With 30 NCAA tournament appearances, and two National Championships, the team has accomplished unprecedented numbers since the first season in 1969. The Warhawk women’s volleyball team is seeking help from fans for support in continuing to reach new heights. With help from alumni, businesses and followers, the squad looks to continue success on and off the court. In 1981, former head coach Kris Russell began coaching the team and led the Warhawks to the NCAA Tournament in her sixth year at the helm as well as leading the program to its first NCAA National Title in 2002. Current head coach Stacy Boudreau has led UW-Whitewater to 12 NCAA Tournament appearances, including the 2005 national championship.
