Aurora posted at runs in every inning except the third and sixth compiling 11 in the game. Seven of the nine starting position players recorded RBIs in the contest for the Spartans. St. Norbert posted five runs off of seven hits in the game but were unable to steal the momentum from Aurora’s consistent offensive onslaught.
Aurora will face UW-Whitewater in an elimination game Friday night with a scheduled start time of 7:00. The Green Knights are eliminated from the regional with the loss leaving four teams left in the Midwest regional.
