2015: Outdoor – placed third in the high jump with a season-best mark of 6-07.50 (2.02m), first in the triple jump and fourth in the long jump at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 1-2 … tallied a season-best result of 23-08.75 (7.23m) in the long jump at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 10-11 … finished third in the triple jump with a season-best leap of 49-07.75 (15.13) and fifth in the long jump at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships on May 21-23 in Canton, N.Y. … Indoor – recorded a season-best mark of 6-05.00 (1.96m) in the high jump at the “Squig” Converse Invitational on Jan. 30 … placed sixth with a season-best result of 22-06.25 (6.86m) in the long jump, third in the triple jump with a season-best leap of 48-03.50 (14.72m) and ninth in the high jump at the WIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 27-28 … finished fourth in the triple jump at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships on March 13-14 in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Personal: Major is undeclared … participated in basketball and track & field in high school, where he was a state champion in the triple jump, earned all-state honors in the 4x400m, and earned all-state in the triple jump … career ambition is to start his own business … hobbies include playing basketball and video games … favorite professional sports team is track and field … favorite movie is “Harry Potter” … chose to attend UW-Whitewater for the nice campus
