What did you work on this off-season?: I worked on my strength and my mental game as well as keeping my hands high when hitting high pitches
What are your expectations for your upcoming season?: My expectations for this season is that we will be very successful. We will grow together as a team and work together to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves.
What is the significance of your jersey number (if you have one)?: My Jersey number is One, the significance of my number is that it’s something I get to share with my sister. My sister, Ashley Smith, was also a Warhawk softball player and even though we wear the jersey differently we both share our love of the game along with the number we proudly wear.
What is your pre-competition ritual?: Warming up with Emily, not stepping on the white lines and The STOMP!
