2022: Indoor – placed 11th in the pentathlon with a season-best score of 3,247, including season-best performances in the high jump (5-00.50 / 1.54 meters) and 800-meter run (2:34.34), at the NCAA Indoor Championships on March 11-12 in Winston-Salem, N.C. … finished fourth in the pentathlon, including season bests of 9.48 in the 60-meter hurdles, 32-07.75 (9.95 meters) in the shot put and 17-08.25 (5.39 meters) in the long jump, at the WIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25-26 … Outdoor – season-best 9-07.75 (2.94 meters) in the pole vault at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi on April 22-23 … season-best 17-09.50 (5.42 meters) in the long jump at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative Meet on April 29 … placed first in the heptathlon with a season-best score of 4,523, including a season best performance in the 800-meter run (2:33.69), and fifth in the javelin throw with a season-best 117-10 (35.93 meters) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 6-7 … finished 12th in the heptathlon with season best performances of 15.27 in the 100-meter hurdles, 34-08.25 (10.57 meters) in the shot put, 27.13 in the 200-meter dash and 5-01.00 (1.55 meters) in the high jump at the NCAA Outdoor Championships on May 26-28 in Geneva, Ohio
 
2021: Indoor – season-best 16-01.00 (4.90 meters) in the long jump against UW-Oshkosh on Feb. 13 … season-best 3047 in the pentathlon, 9.66 in the 60-meter hurdles, 4-11.50 (1.51 meters) in the high jump, 33-02.00 (10.11 meters) in the shot put and 2:40.19 in the 800-meter run at UW-Stevens Point on Feb. 24-25 … Outdoor – finished second in the javelin throw and fourth in the heptathlon at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 7-8 … season-best 4387 in the heptathlon, 5-00.50 (1.54 meters) in the high jump, 28.10 in the 200-meter dash and 2:34.60 in the 800-meter run at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi on April 16-17 … season-best 17-05.25 (5.31 meters) in the long jump at the UW-Platteville Border Battle on April 30 … season-best 15.43 in the 100-meter hurdles, 33-06.75 (10.23 meters) in the shot put and 127-06 (38.87 meters) in the javelin throw at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 7-8

2020: Indoor – finished eighth in the pentathlon with a season-best score of 2910 at the WIAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 28-29 … recorded a season-best time of 9.79 second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Midwest ELITE Invitational on Feb. 15 … registered a season-best 15-07.75 (4.77m) mark in the long jump at the North Central College Slick Track and Field Invitational on Feb. 21

2019: Outdoor – finished fifth in the javelin throw and sixth in the heptathlon with a season-best 3981 and added season-best marks in the shot put (32-06.05 / 9.92 meters), long jump (15-02.00 / 4.62 meters), high jump (4-09.50 / 1.46 meters), 100-meter hurdles (15.94) and 800-meter run (2:39.26) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 3-4 in Platteville, Wis. … season-best 116-11 (35.65 meters) in the javelin throw and season-best 28.16 in the 200-meter dash at the Augustana Women’s Invitational on April 18 in Rock Island, Ill. … season-best 1:07.42 in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA Final Qualifier on May 16 in La Crosse, Wis.

2018: Outdoor – Finished sixth in the heptathlon with a season-best score of 4030 and 10th in the javelin throw at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 4-5 … season-best 15.86 in the 100-meter hurdles, 4-07.00 (1.40 meters) in the high jump, 34-02.00 (10.41 meters) in the shot put, 106-09 (32.54 meters) in the javelin throw and 2:33.26 in the 800-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 4-5 … season-best 28.13 in the 200-meter dash and 15-04.75 (4.69 meters) in the long jump at the UW-Platteville Invitational on April 12
