The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's and women's track and field programs have been named All-Academic Teams by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Fifteen Warhawks were recognized individually.
The UWW men carried a cumulative grade point average of 3.28 in 2022-23 to earn the honor as a team for the fifth consecutive season. The Warhawk women were recognized for the seventh straight season with a cumulative grade point average of 3.401.

Kobe Chandler (Beloit, WI/Memorial),
Shelvin Garrett II (Beloit, Wis./Memorial),
Justin Krause (Ixonia, Wis./Pewaukee),
Adam Kunny (Wilmette, Ill./New Trier),
Jack McGinn (Madison, Wis./McFarland),
Gunner Schlender (Brillion, Wis./Brillion) and
Brayden Zettle (Monroe, Wis./Monroe) earned All-Academic honors as individuals for the men. Bitz, Garrett, Krause, McGinn and Zettle are now three-time honorees while Schlender earned recognition for the second straight season.

Paige Fassbender (Slinger, Wis./Slinger),
Margaret Helbig (Oak Park, Ill./Oak Park and River Forest),
Gracie Holland (Marshfield, Wis./Marshfield),
Mikayla Madlena (Stevens Point, Wis./SPASH) and
Tina Shelton (Janesville, Wis./Parker) were honored for the Warhawk women. Fassbender and Holland have garnered the honor three consecutive seasons.
To be recognized as an All-Academic individual, student-athletes must carry a minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.30. They also must have finished the indoor season among the top 50 in an event or competed in an event at the indoor or outdoor national championship meets. Team must have finished the spring semester with a 3.1 cumulative GPA or higher to earn All-Academic distinction.
