The No. 19 ranked University of Wisconsin-Whitewater wrestling team finished the National Wrestling Coaches Association Multi-Divisional National Duals with a 3-2 record following a 29-12 loss against No. 8 Johnson & Wales (R.I.) on Saturday at Kentucky Expo Center in Louisville.
The Warhawks (8-5 overall) won two of the first three matches in the dual, but the Wildcats claimed six of the final seven.

Mike Tortorice (Wauconda, Ill./Carmel), ranked No. 1 in the nation at 125 pounds by D3wrestle.com entering the weekend, topped No. 10 Justin Lopez by a 7-0 decision to finish the tournament with a 4-1 individual mark.

Hazen Rice (Schaumburg, Ill./Schaumburg) remained unbeaten for the season after completing a 5-0 weekend. Rice, ranked third in the nation at 141 pounds, topped Jordan Robinson by 1-0 decision.

Nick Sundberg (Woodstock, Ill./Woodstock) wrapped up a 5-0 weekend at 197 pounds after a victory by injury default.
UW-Whitewater hosts No. 9 UW-La Crosse Thursday at 7 p.m. for Alumni Night at Kachel Gymnasium.
