In the Warhawks' three-run third, sophomore right fielder

After the Pioneers (15-17, 5-5) plated a run in the top of the fifth, Cohrs came through with two outs again in the bottom of the six, recording a base hit back up the middle for two more runs.
Camardo was perfect through four innings before allowing her first baserunner in the game with nobody out in the fifth. She stranded two runners each in the fifth and sixth before finishing the game with a 1-2-3 seventh.
In a back-and-forth first game, the lead changed four times over the first 5 1/2 innings. UW-Platteville took the lead for good with a five-run sixth inning.
