The No. 3 ranked University of Wisconsin-Whitewater baseball team split with No. 11 UW-Oshkosh, falling in the first game, 5-1, and defeating the Titans, 11-1, in the second game of a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference double-header Wednesday at Prucha Field at James B. Miller Stadium.
The Warhawks (18-4, 10-2 WIAC) forced an early end to Game 2 in the seventh inning due to run rule and out-hit UW-Oshkosh, 15-3.

Michael Kaska (Spring Grove, Ill./Richmond-Burton Community) pitched the first five innings to record the win and make his season record 6-1. Kaska allowed only two hits and tallied two strikeouts. Senior

After recording one run in the second inning, the Titans (19-5, 6-3 WIAC) were held scoreless for the game.
In the fifth inning, Wary singled through the right side and sent Aldridge in for the run.
Szubert singled and advanced to second on an error from UW-Oshkosh, while freshman
Nick Santoro (Naperville, Ill./Waubonsie Valley) made it home to make the score, 6-1.
The Warhawks tallied five more runs in the sixth inning, including another single from Wary that advanced two runners home. Junior
Mike Aiello (Racine, Wis./Horlick) singled through the right side and Wary recorded a run. A single from Szubert plated Aiello to account for the final margin of the game.
In the first game, the Titans out-hit UW-Whitewater 10-3, and the Warhawks committed five errors.

Austin Jones (Wauwatosa, Wis./West) tossed the first seven innings, tallying 11 strikeouts and allowing only one earned run. He took the loss, dropping to 4-2 for the season. Sophomore

UW-Whitewater travel to Platteville, Wis. on Saturday and Sunday for doubleheaders against UW-Platteville starting at 12 p.m. each day.
