In the first set, the Warhawks found themselves in a tight contest.  A late 5-1 run gave them a 19-15 lead, enough for a 25-20 final edge in the set. They carried their momentum over to the second set, starting with a 4-1 lead. The Warhawks built on their lead throughout the set, ending with another 25-20 victory.
Â
They struggled out of the gate in the third set, finding themselves down 6-2. A 4-0 run put them within striking distance at 13-11 but they failed to capitalize and fell 25-21. The teams battled back and forth in the fourth set, but the Warhawks trailed 16-13 late. A 7-0 run put the Warhawks ahead 22-17, and finished the match with a 25-19 set victory.
Â
Robinson finished 45 digs on the evening, besting the previous school record mark of 44 set by Kelsey Nobilio in 2012. Freshman setters
