Xander Lien (Pewaukee, Wis./Arrowhead) found Sam Kuchenreuther (Brown Deer, Wis./Brown Deer) in the 34th minute to give the Warhawks a 1-0 lead.  Less than ten minutes later Kody Mjelde (Baraboo, Wis./Baraboo) scored on a tip from Kyle Sundby (Verona/Verona) after a corner kick from Jordan Kayser (Elkhorn/Elkhorn).

The 2-0 lead held through the half, and the game, as the Warhawks went on to outshoot the Eagles 20-7.  Edgewood did not record one shot on goal in the match, therefore UW-W goalkeeper Josh Rohde (Waukesha, Wis./Waukesha West) did not have to make a save in his second win of the season.

Just like the Warhawks first game of the season, head coach Tony Guinn, played twenty-six players in the match.

The Warhawks will take a break until September 14 when they host Wartburg in a match at 2 pm at Fiskum Field.
