Daryl Keone Agpalsa has been named as the offensive line coach for the UW-Whitewater football team.

Agpalsa attended Linfield College where he majored in business and was an All-American offensive lineman. He completed his master's degree of applied kinesiology and sports management at the University of Minnesota.

He began his college coaching career in 2003 at Linfield College where he was an assistant offensive line coach. At Linfield, Agpalsa acquired three Northwest Conference Championships and a national championship in 2004.
During his four year time there, he mentored two All-Americans along with ten All-NWC offensive line selections.

In 2007, Agpalsa acquired a full time offensive line coaching position at Hamline University. At Hamline, he worked not only as a coach but as an instructor of physical education classes and as a supervisor of event management. As a coach he gained experience in recruiting, budgeting, practice preparation and organization.

In 2010, Agpalsa took a graduate assistant position at the University of Minnesota. There he worked on the field and in the press box with his athletes, from off-season workouts and study halls to game-day preparation. At the University of Minnesota, Agpalsa mentored three All-Big Ten offensive line selections.

Agpalsa joins a UW-W program that has produced seven Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championships in the last eight years, four NCAA Division III championships in that span and three of the last four years.  The Warhawks have gone 79-6 (.929) in the six years that Lance Leipold has directed the program and 121-14 (.896) over the last decade.

The Warhawks will kick off the 2013 season at home against Washington University-St. Louis Saturday, September 7 at 12:00.
