The Warhawk football team will return to the Amos Alonzo Stagg Bowl - the NCAA Division III National Championship - for their eighth appearance in nine seasons, all against Mount Union. UW-W captured national titles in 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011. Head Coach Lance Leipold has directed the Warhawks to six Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference titles, six NCAA III playoff berths, six trips to the Stagg Bowl and an incredible 28-1 record in post season competition in seven seasons at the helm for UW-Whitewater.

THE GAME
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:05 pm Eastern Time at Salem Stadium in Salem, Virginia Friday, December 20. The Warhawks (14-0) will face Mount Union (14-0). Both teams edged their semifinal opponent by one point. UW-W came from behind and held on to top Mary Hardin-Baylor 16-15 in Belton, Texas. The Raiders got the better of North Central 41-40 in a snowy Alliance, Ohio. 

BROADCAST INFORMATION
ESPNU will carry the game live on television beginning at 7:00 pm Eastern Time. Check your local listings and guide to see what channel ESPNU is for you! Live video will be provided via ESPN3/WatchESPN. Gary Douglas and Arnie Peck will have the call for fans in south eastern Wisconsin on WKCH KOOL 106.5fm and through a live audio stream. Live stats will be available through the NCAA. 

FAN BUS
UW-Whitewater will be sending a fan bus to the game. Minimum number of passengers to send the fan bus is 40. The bus will begin loading at 9:30 pm Thursday, December 19 from Lot 1 (south of the Center of the Arts). Departure is scheduled for 10:00 pm sharp.

The cost of the trip is $125 for UW-W students and $135 for non UW-W students and does not include game tickets. Game tickets must be purchased separately. 

Deadline for fan bus ticket purchases is 4:00 pm Thursday unless seats are sold out. UW-Whitewater is not responsible if weather-related concerns cancel this trip. Additional questions can be directed to the Athletic Office at 262-472-4661.

TAILGATE
Join fellow Warhawk fans in getting geared up the for the big game at the UW-Whitewater Tailgate! Look for the Warhawk tent in the north end (near the highway) of the Salem Civic Center parking lot!

TICKETS
Ticket prices are $7 for students (high school and younger) and $12.50 for adults in advance. You can purchase tickets at the Salem Civic Center on the day of the game for $15.
