Whitewater and Oshkosh were tied 12-12 at 14:16.  UW-W went on a 9-0 run to lead 21-12 at 10:03.  The Warhawks led 23-15, and senior forward Alex Edmonds had accounted for 11 of Whitewater's points.  The margin was up to thirteen at 28-15 with 6:05 on the clock.   That was followed by a 7-0 spurt by the Titans to close the gap to 28-22 at 4:28.  UW-O's John Flanigan hit two free throws to narrow it to 31-28 at 2:17.  Whitewater ended the half with a 9-0 run to take a 40-28 lead at intermission.

Whitewater shot 48% in the first twenty minutes, Oshkosh 39%.  Oshkosh outscored UW-W at the line, hitting 8-9 while the Warhawks made 3-4.  UW-W committed just three turnovers in the half, UW-O 11.  UW-W senior center Chris Davis (Madison/East) and Edmonds scored 12 points apiece, and Davis collected six rebounds.  Flanigan scored ten points for the Titans.

Whitewater's lead reached 53-34 on Eric Bryson (Elkhorn/Elkhorn)'s layup at 14:08.  The largest lead of the game came on Josh Glenn (South Elgin, IL/)'s three-pointer at 12:53, 58-38.  Oshkosh did not cut the margin to single digits the rest of the way.

The Warhawks shot 55% from the field, Oshkosh 37%.  The Titans earned a major advantage at the line, going 24-28 while Whitewater was 8-9.  Davis led five Warhawks in double figures with 18 points.  He was followed by guard Quardell Young (Kenosha/Bradford) 13, Glenn and Edmonds 12, and Bryson 10.  Davis notched a double double, grabbing a game high ten rebounds.  Flanigan scored 18 for UW-O, going 10-10 from the line, with Dylan Wurtz adding 16.  In a statistical anomaly, every Titan that played had at least one rebound.

UW-W, 21-3 overall and 11-4 in the WIAC, will finish the regular season at UW-River Falls.  A possible title, for either Whitewater or River Falls, won't be the only thing on the line.  Seeding for the WIAC Tournament will be determined in the final games, with the top two teams receiving a first round bye, and the third and fourth seed hosting games Wednesday night in the first round.  Wednesday's first round games will tipoff at 7:00.  The first and second seeds will host first round winners Friday at 7:00.
