The Panthers fired off five shots before UW-W could attempt one.  Chapman midfielder Quinn Murray broke through and scored on the fifth shot giving the Panthers a 1-0 lead in the 19th minute.

The Warhawks wasted little time and retaliated with a goal in the 25th minute by Kevin Kron (Willowbrook, IL/Benet Academy).  Kron's goal, his seventh of the season, was assisted by Jonathon Fischer (Hartland/Arrowhead).  Fischer, a freshman forward, leads the team in assists with four.

Each team shot the ball two more times in the first half but went into the intermission tied at one.

UW-W was quick to attack in the second half with Kron ripping two shots in the first nine minutes.  The first shot sailed high and the second was saved by Panther goalkeeper Jimmy Adranly.

In the 64th minute Chapman's Mauricio Alfonso, a junior forward, netted his eighth goal of the season off of a pass from Nick Velasquez to give the Panthers a 2-1 advantage.

Neither team got another shot off until the 82nd minute when a Sam Kuchenreuther (Brown Deer/Brown Deer) shot was blocked by a Panther defender.

Chapman fired off two more shots in the final minute.  The first shot flew high and the second was stopped by UW-W goalkeeper Aaron Sesselmann (Green Bay/Notre Dame Academy).  Chapman recorded ten shots in the game, five on goal, to UW-W's six, of which three were on goal.

Sesselmann played the entire game in goal for UW-W and made three saves.  His counterpart, Adranly, made two.

Chapman was whistled for eleven fouls and two yellow cards while UW-W earned eight fouls and one yellow card.

UW-W will play again on Sunday, October 16 when they host UW-Superior in a Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference match.  The Warhawks, 4-0 in the WIAC, will kickoff against the Yellowjackets, 2-2 in the WIAC, at Fiskum Field at 2:00 pm.  The two teams met on October 8 in Superior with UW-W coming home with a 3-0 victory.
