Alyssa Bauer (Naperville, IL/Central) was named UW-Whitewater's player of the week for women's volleyball. Bauer led the team to a 3-1 record for the week including wins over #2 Juniata and #16 UW-Eau Claire. She led the team in digs for all matches, achieving AVCA "30 Dig Club" in two matches with 34 digs against UW-Oshkosh and 32 digs against Juniata. Bauer moved to #3 in the UW-W record book for career digs with 1,763 and moved to #1 for number of matches with twenty-plus digs.

UW-Whitewater will travel to UW-La Crosse, October 13th at 7:00 pm.
