Morehouse jumped 6-8.25, followed by teammates Tom Fisher (Green Bay/East) and Luke Buchholz (Whitewater/Whitewater) in second and third, respectively.  Shaun Davis (Edgerton/Edgerton) led an even more dominating showing for UW-W, winning the long jump at 22-4.25, with Warhawks also taking the next five places.  Davis' contribution to the team point total also included a second place finish in the weight throw (56-3), which met NCAA III indoor championship provisional qualifying standards, something he had already accomplished this winter.  Teammate Ben Stringer (Assumption, IL/Central A&M) finished third, and his 55-1 is also a provisional mark,

Joe Bailey (Hartford/Hartford Union) captured the 200 meters for Whitewater in 22.88, and Aron Kehoe (Monroe/Monroe) won the 3000 meters in 8:44.65.

Several Warhawks contributed second place points.  Brian Martinezdelacotera (Franklin/Franklin) was right behind Bailey in the 200 (23.12), Joe Schneider (Wausau, WI/Wausau) was second in the shot put (49-9), and Ernest Jones was the runnerup in the 55 (6.80).  Also Pete Schroeder (Ripon/Ripon) in the 400 (51.75) and Mike Schmitt (Manitowoc/Roncalli) in the triple jump (41-6.5).

UW-Whitewater will return home for its third home meet in four weeks, hosting the Squig Converse Classic Friday beginning at 4:00 in the Kachel Fieldhouse on the UW-W campus.
