Kuhn, Miller and Van Duyn each helped 13th-ranked UW-Whitewater place seventh over the weekend at the 35-team Music City Classic in Smyrna, Tenn. Kuhn stood out for the Warhawks on Friday, filling 94 percent of her 50 frame attempts to help the team post a 2-2 record in Baker games. Miller was inserted into the lineup for the final three games Saturday, helping UW-Whitewater win all three with traditional games of 223, 192 and 245, good for an average of 219.66, on the difficult lane pattern. Miller also filled 87.9 percent of her frames. Van Duyn helped the Warhawks win two of three best-of-seven Baker matches on Sunday as she posted strikes 63.89 percent of the time and filled 94.4 percent of her 36 frame attempts.
