DeMeyer finished 8-for-15 at the plate (.533 average) with one double, one home run, four runs scored, five runs batted in and two stolen bases and made a highlight-reel catch last week to help the 16th-ranked Warhawks post a 3-1 record. In the first game of Wednesday's doubleheader against UW-La Crosse, he tallied three hits, one run scored and one RBI, and made a catch in foul territory that landed at No. 5 on ESPN SportsCenter's Top 10 that night. In the top of the second inning, DeMeyer ran down a fly ball in foul territory and ran full speed into the bullpen fence, tumbling over while hanging on for the third out of the inning. His performance helped UW-Whitewater secure a 9-2 win. In the second game of Friday's doubleheader at UW-La Crosse, DeMeyer finished 4-for-6 at the plate with one double, one home run, two runs scored, four RBIs and one stolen base in the team's 19-2 victory.
