Zach Wood (Downers Grove, Ill./Downers Grove), Freshman
Wood fought through a tiebreak loss in the first set to post a win at No. 6 singles in the Warhawks' dual match against NAIA opponent Cardinal Stritch on Saturday in Rockford, Ill. He fought back to edge Luis Sanchez 6-7 (3), 6-1, 6-4 and improve to 3-2 on the season in singles play.
