Tortorice closed his career with his third All-America honor earlier this month, collecting first team accolades from the National Wrestling Coaches Association following the cancellation of the 2020 NCAA Division III Championship. The 125-pounder finished third in the nation in 2018 and second in 2019, and would have been the No. 1 seed in his weight class at the national tournament. A three-time Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference champion and two-time NCAA Upper Midwest Regional champion, Tortorice finished his career with 126 wins, the third-most in school history, and 39 pins, seventh-most in the program record book. The 2020 WIAC John Peterson Wrestler of the Meet finished 12th in all of NCAA Division III in the “Most Dominant” category, posting 4.68 team points per individual result. Tortorice is majoring in psychology.
