Co-Offensive Player of the Week
Austin Jones (Madison, Wis./Memorial), Senior, Offensive Lineman
Jones helped the team post 339 yards of total offense and 6.4 yards per play Saturday as the second-ranked Warhawks downed UW-La Crosse 32-22 on the road in a match-up of unbeaten teams for sole possession of first place in the WIAC. Jones and the offensive line helped UW-Whitewater finish with no turnovers and allow just one sack for the day. The Warhawks also scored on four of five red zone possessions behind Jones and the rest of the line.
