Alicia Beck (Bismarck, ND/St. Mary's Central), Junior and Alexandra Talyansky(Mequon/Homestead), Junior
Beck and Talyansky were undefeated as a pair last week, finishing 4-0 to help the Warhawks to a 3-1 mark. The duo tallied an 8-5 victory at No. 3 doubles in UW-Whitewater's 7-2 triumph at Wheaton (Ill.) on Tuesday. Beck and Talyansky combined Sunday to defeat Emily Kaftan and Luise Gruber of NAIA scholarship school Cardinal Stritch by an 8-3 score at No. 3 doubles. They joined forces one more time Sunday for an 8-3 win over Elizabeth Manlick and Meg Witt at the No. 1 position to help the Warhawks defeat St. Norbert, 9-0. Beck and Talyansky are tied for the team lead in wins as a pair with a 6-1 mark.
