Keifer has qualified for the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championships in each of her seasons as a member of the Warhawk women's track and field program. In 2020, she finished 14th at the indoor championship meet with a 33-04.50 (10.17 meters). Keifer recorded her personal record of 34-08.75 (10.52 meters) at the 2019 WIAC Outdoor Championships, placing 13th in the field. She tallied her career best in the long jump during the 2020 indoor season with a mark of 16-01.75 (4.92 meters). Keifer, a member of the 2019-20 WIAC Scholastic Honor Roll, is majoring in psychology with a minor in Spanish.
