Wallace won the No. 2 singles flight with a 3-0 record to help UW-Whitewater win the eight-team Warhawk Invitational on Saturday at Wangerin Courts. She opened play with a 6-1, 6-0 triumph over Carthage's Lauren Woznicki, then downed Natalie Wijesinghe of UW-Eau Claire by a 7-5, 6-2 score in the semifinals. In the championship match, Wallace grinded through a rolled ankle at 4-4 in the second set for a hard-earned 6-4, 7-6 (4) victory over Caitlyn Schaffer of Augustana (Ill.). On Friday against UW-Eau Claire, she tallied a 6-0, 6-3 win over Molly Stewart at No. 5 singles to help the Warhawks to a 9-0 win.
